Marty Sprinzen is a visionary leader and successful software entrepreneur. The organizations he created and led have introduced some of the most innovative software solutions in the areas of systems management, relational databases, internet application development and, currently, real-time, event-driven applications. Sprinzen founded and became CEO of VANTIQ Corporation. Prior to VANTIQ, he was CEO and co-founder of Forte Software, which was acquired for over $1B. He also served as VP of International Operations and VP of Engineering at Ingres and VP of Development at Candle Corporation. He holds a BSEE from The Cooper Union for the Advancement of Science and Art.

Paul Butterworth is a noted technology leader with a lengthy career of demonstrated innovation and business success. Past roles include founder and CTO of Emotive, where he conceived and designed the Emotive Cloud Platform for enterprise mobile computing, Architect at Oracle, Founder & CTO at AmberPoint where he directed the technical strategy for the AmberPoint SOA governance products, Distinguished Engineer and Chief Technologist for Sun Microsystems, and Founder and Chief Architect for Forte Software, an internet application development company. Paul also served as Chief Systems Architect at Ingres. Paul holds undergraduate and graduate degrees in Computer Science from UC Irvine.

Dr. Ryan Vega serves as the Chief Health Officer for Vantiq and is the former Chief Innovation Officer for the Veterans Health Administration where he led enterprise innovation efforts across the largest integrated health system in the United States. His work has spanned large-scale digital modernization efforts, design and deployment of innovative care and payment models, and early design and development of healthcare software focused on improving health care delivery and experience for patients and providers. Dr. Vega also currently sits as the Physician in Residence for the Digital Medicine Society and holds academic appointments as an Adjunct Assistant Professor in the Department of Health Administration at Georgetown University as well as a Clinical Assistant Professor of Medicine at George Washington University. He is the recipient of many awards for his work in healthcare innovation and has published numerous articles on the topic.

Miguel is the Chief Business Development Officer of Vantiq and has more than 30 years of global business development experience. During his career, Miguel has designed and implemented go-to-market with local/regional/global partners , that resulted in strong business growth. Prior to Vantiq, Miguel was the VP for Latin America at Tableau Software. He holds degrees in Electrical Engineering , Systems Engineering and Computer Science.

Kimberly Fisher Warren is Chief Revenue Officer for North America and EMEA at Vantiq, bringing over two decades of experience scaling global sales and go-to-market organizations. She has held executive roles at Apple, Verizon, Cisco, Ericsson and Intel, and has driven transformative growth across AI, cybersecurity, telecom and cloud infrastructure. At Apple, she led the US Carrier Business for enterprise, delivering $2B in revenue growth in two years. Prior to that, she helped build Verizon’s B2B and smart city divisions into growth engines and closed a $50M, 17-country deal within three months of launch. Kim’s leadership has earned global recognition, including multiple Stevie Awards for excellence in customer engagement and enterprise innovation. She is a trusted board advisor and has served as a delegate to the UN General Assembly for technology-for-good initiatives. Kim holds a BA and MBA from Columbia University, both with Dean’s List honors.

Katherine is Chief Marketing Officer a Vantiq and is passionate about ultra-low latency data, analytics, and AI solutions. She joined Vantiq from GridGain, a provider of a real-time data processing and analytics platform. Prior to GridGain, she held executive management roles at Unit21, a Google/Gradient Ventures-backed, AI-driven risk & compliance startup; Rapyd, a hyper-growth fintech startup focused on cross-border transactions; Striim, a streaming data integration and intelligence platform for real-time operations and decisioning; and PubNub, a developer API platform that powers real-time infrastructure in apps. She also served in executive management positions at SL Corporation, Embarcadero Technologies, and WebLogic / BEA Systems, and management roles at NetDynamics and Visa. Katherine holds an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business, and two Bachelor of Arts degrees in Economics and French Literature from the University of California, San Diego.

David Sprinzen is Chief Growth Officer at Vantiq, where he drives global strategy, partnerships, and market expansion for the company’s real-time AI and event-driven intelligence platform. He holds undergraduate degrees in Electrical Engineering and Physics and a Master’s in Computational Neuroscience from Vanderbilt University, where he studied how biological systems process and adapt to real-time sensory information. David also completed the MIT Certificate in Artificial Intelligence: Implications for Business Strategy, grounding his work in both deep technical foundations and practical business application. Earlier in his career, he led product initiatives applying IoT, AI, and edge computing to real-world systems, translating advanced technology into operational impact. At Vantiq, David has spearheaded initiatives that bring real-time intelligence to complex environments, from optimizing urban operations to enabling faster, more coordinated disaster response. He represented Vantiq on an international trade mission to Ukraine, helping introduce smart city AI frameworks focused on post-conflict redevelopment, resilience, and digital transparency. A frequent speaker and writer, David is a leading advocate for AI automation engineering, agentic AI, and real-time orchestration, with a focus on moving organizations beyond experimentation to trusted, operational AI systems.

Nick Bray CBE is the Vice President of Global Defence and Security at Vantiq, where he leverages over three decades of military expertise to drive innovative solutions in defence technology. Joining Vantiq in March 2023 from PwC, Nick has a distinguished military background, having served 33 years in the Royal Air Force (RAF). His notable roles included commanding the RAF's specialist ground combat and security forces and serving as the Director of International Policy and Plans for the UK Ministry of Defence. After retiring from active service in 2017, he continued to contribute as a Reservist in the RAF's innovation organisation, gaining valuable insights into defence advancements. Prior to Vantiq, Nick held key advisory and business development and sales positions in defence innovation, drone development, large-scale digital twins and cybersecurity, where he successfully introduced cutting-edge technologies to a range of customers. His contributions have been recognised with prestigious awards, including being named a Commander of the Order of the British Empire (CBE) for his leadership on operations in Afghanistan and Iraq. Nick holds master's degrees in Military Strategy and Technology from King's College London and International Relations and Diplomacy from the London School of Economics.
