TOKYO, JULY 8, 2021 – Vantiq K.K. (Vantiq) today announced its participation in “SoftBank 5G Consortium” established by SoftBank Corp. (SoftBank) as a 5G related partner.

“SoftBank 5G Consortium” is a collaboration between SoftBank, companies in various fields, 5G-related partners, and outside experts, aiming to accelerate the adoption and commercialization of 5G solutions with Proof of Concepts to solve various industries’ challenges.

Vantiq, a real-time application development and deployment platform, is used in the Smart City project with SoftBank and TOKYU LAND CORPORATION in Tokyo Takeshiba area. Vantiq’s participation in the consortium will build on the collaboration with SoftBank to contribute to the realization of a 5G-enabled society.
