Additional executive appointments and enhanced responsibilities ensure optimal organizational structure for continued growth
Walnut Creek, CA –FEBRUARY 7, 2019– VANTIQ today announced it has expanded its leadership team, naming Andrew Preston as Chief Financial Officer.
Preston joins VANTIQ after providing consulting services to the company over the last 12 months. Previously, as a consultant, Preston has served in a CFO/COO role at a number of successful SaaS technology companies. In addition, Preston was the founding CEO of Minute Key, which manufactures and operates stand-alone self-service kiosks. Before that he was COO and CFO of DVD Play, a DVD rental kiosk company sold to RedBox/Coinstar. Prior positions included managing director at Accelerated Traction Partners, COO/CFO at Softbook, and COO/CFO at T/Maker. Through these and other operating, leadership, and consulting roles over the last 25+ years, Preston brings extensive experience managing and scaling technology companies to accelerate their growth.

VANTIQ also announced that Miguel Nhuch has been promoted to Chief Revenue Officer, now responsible for worldwide sales, partners, and professional services. The expanded role will enable Nhuch to better support global sales and services, ensuring consistent, high-quality interactions with prospects, customers and partners.
Further, Blaine Mathieu will take on a new corporate function, leading Corporate Strategy and Business Development. This new function will be responsible for assisting the CEO and executive team in setting long-term corporate strategy and nurturing major corporate strategic partnerships in alignment with that strategy.
