Works closely with our sales team in China to understand and define client’s key business drivers and requirements
Propose software solutions which meet those requirements, ensuring they are technically viable and add value to the overall proposal
Understand and demonstrate solutions to clients at onsite POC and Pilots and articulate the business benefits they offer
Create Professional Services (PS) SOWs, project plans, scoping documents, which include all implementation, installation and any on-going support costs associated with the PS engagement
Actively research and understand the marketplace to ensure proposals are competitive, add value and create unique selling points
Support sales teams throughout the contract lifecycle including at client review meetings and identifying opportunities to upsell into existing accounts
Build and manage a team of professional services and Customer Success consultants to drive customer success and build a strong revenue stream.
Ensure that projects are scoped, delivered on time, on budget, on scope, on quality.
Provide management KPIs and forecasts to effectively manage and review the PS business
Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin) and English.
Previous experience as a Director of Professional Services in a highly technical field
Experience building and managing a high caliber professional services organization
Demonstrate experience and a clear understanding of the KPIs associated with managing a well-organized PS business
Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills including the ability to confidently present sales proposals
Strong business and administration skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a team with shared objectives
Previous experience of software solution design and broad understanding of technology
Excellent time management, particularly the ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in line with business objectives
